By clicking "Next", "Accept" or a similar button, or by clicking on the appropriate link, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
You agree that some Product Licenses may be distributed free of charge, and some for a certain price. You are solely responsible for payments related to making purchases through the Trading-Go Market service.
The user who has not accepted the terms of this Agreement has no right to use the service "Trading-Go Market".
The service "Trading-Go Market" is available for use by persons aged 18 years and older.
This Agreement will automatically terminate if it turns out that you (a) are not a registered User of the Trading-Go Market service or (b) if you are a person under 18 years of age or (c) are a person who is prohibited from using the softwareMetaQuotes according to the laws of any state, including the state of which you are a resident or in whose territory you use the software MetaQuotes.
If you are an employee or manager of the company and use "Trading-Go Market" on behalf of your company (the "Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following: (i) by accepting these terms of use of the service "Trading-Go Market" and by using "Trading-Go Market", you confirm that you are doing this on behalf of and on the basis of the express permission of the Company, based on the fulfillment by you and the Company of this Agreement with respect to your and the Company's use of the service "Trading-Go Market"; (ii) You have obtained all necessary consents, permissions and authority from the Company to officially act on behalf of the Company in accordance with these terms of use "Trading-Go Market". Your agreement with the Administrator may also include Additional Terms published and declared by the Administrator on the Internet or on the Website of the Trading-Go Market service. Additional terms include, but are not limited to, the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Before using the Products, Software and Website of the "Trading-Go Market" service, it is necessary to accept the relevant license agreements and additional terms for the products. You can accept such agreements or conditions by clicking on the button with the appropriate option or in another way suggested by the Administrator.
You acknowledge and agree that by accepting the terms of this Agreement, as well as the Rules or Additional Terms, you enter into a legal agreement with the Administrator. In case of any contradictions between the Rules, Additional Terms and this Agreement, the Rules and Additional Terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant service of the "Trading-Go Market" service.
You hereby consent to the use of electronic means of communication for the purpose of concluding contracts, contracts, making payments, placing orders and creating other records, as well as for the electronic delivery of notifications, regulatory documents and data on transactions initiated or performed through the service "Trading-Go Market".
In addition, you hereby waive the assumption of any rights or fulfillment of any requirements, in accordance with any laws and regulations in any jurisdiction requiring an original, non-electronic signature, from the delivery or storage of any non-electronic records, to the extent permitted by the relevant applicable in this areas by law.

The Administrator will make every commercially reasonable effort to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your computer resources and the data you transmit. However, you take note and agree that the Administrator cannot provide any guarantees in this regard.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering in the "Trading-Go Market" service and during its use, and you agree to update your registration data so that they are accurate and complete. You agree that the Administrator may store and use the registration data provided by you for use for the purpose of maintaining your Account and fulfilling its obligations under this Agreement.
You agree that the Administrator may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or terminate the provision of the Trading-Go Market service (or its functions) to you personally or to all Users.
The Administrator may engage consultants and other contractors to fulfill the obligations and exercise the rights established by this Agreement, provided that such consultants and contractors will be bound by the same obligations as the Administrator.
The administrator can offer different payment processing methods. You agree to follow the relevant terms of service or other legal agreement with the Administrator or with a Payment Processing Partner or with a third party governing the use of this payment processing method. You agree to the right of the Administrator to add or remove payment processing methods at its sole discretion and without notice.
You agree to use the "Trading-Go Market" service only for the purposes permitted by (a) this Agreement and (b) all applicable laws, regulations and generally accepted practices and rules in the relevant jurisdiction. You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the download, installation and/or use of the Products.
You agree to use the service "Trading-Go Market" only through the interface provided by the Administrator or through the interface in the MetaQuotes software. In particular, you agree not to use automated means, including scripts, scanners and similar technologies, to access the Trading-Go Market service.
You agree not to take actions that may disrupt or interrupt the operation of the Trading-Go Market service (as well as servers and networks serving the Trading-Go Market service). You agree not to use Products distributed through the service "Trading-Go Market" for purposes that disrupt or interrupt the operation of servers, networks or websites managed by an Administrator or a third party.
You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, exchange or resell the content of the "Trading-Go Market" service. Exceptions are cases when a separate agreement with the Administrator allows otherwise.
You agree to be solely responsible and release the Administrator from liability to you or any third party for your use of the "Trading-Go Market" service and any Products, your violation of the obligations stipulated in the Agreement, as well as for the consequences of such violations (including all losses or damages, which may be incurred by the Administrator or a third party).
You agree to comply with all laws in the tax field, including laws on the declaration and payment of taxes arising from the use of the service "Trading-Go Market" and the purchase of Licenses for Products in the service "Trading-Go Market", and are responsible for declaring and paying all applicable taxes.
You acknowledge that the Administrator and his affiliated companies have all ownership rights and proprietary rights to the service "Trading-Go Market". You acknowledge that the Administrator has all the relevant rights and licenses to distribute Products through the service "Trading-Go Market" provided by the relevant Developers or other copyright holders. You agree not to undertake yourself and not to allow others to undertake:
All Trademark rights, including proprietary rights and proprietary rights, including without limitation all intellectual property rights, belong to the respective owners or license holders. The Administrator sells you a License for the Product, but the Products themselves, placed in the service "Trading-Go Market", are not sold to you. The Product License is valid worldwide and gives the right to display and use the Product by the User for personal purposes in the corresponding Trading Terminal. The Developer may optionally enter into a separate End User License Agreement (EULA) with the User for the use of the Product, which will regulate your user rights to it.
The Product License is a binding agreement directly between you and the Product Developer governing your use of such a Product. Unless otherwise stipulated in the End User License Agreement, the following restrictions apply to the User's rights to use the Product: 1) You agree not to sell, assign, lend, lease, distribute, broadcast, export, import or otherwise transfer the rights to use the Product or any of its components to third parties; 2) You undertake not to undertake or authorize modifications of the Product, its translation into other languages, creation of similar products, decompilation, reverse assembly, extraction of source code, violation of the integrity of the Product's security system, as well as the creation of other software products based on the Product; 3) Except in cases of obtaining express written permission from the Developer of the Product, You agree not to distribute the Product on the Internet; 4) You have the right to 4 re-installations of the Product distributed through the service "Trading-Go Market" on other equipment.The products may include or be part of other software and technologies owned or controlled by third parties. You agree that the "Trading-Go Market" service and certain Products include technical security measures that restrict your use of the Products and that, regardless of whether the Products are limited by technical security measures, you are obliged to use the Products in accordance with the terms of this Agreement or the End User License Agreement, and that any other use of the Products may constitute copyright infringement. Any technical means of ensuring safety is an integral part of the Products. You agree not to violate, circumvent, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the operation of any technical means of ensuring security, as well as not to attempt to carry out or assist any other person to carry out such actions.
When purchasing a Product License from the Trading-Go Market service, special device activation keys are created for the User who purchased the license, which allow using the Product only on the hardware (computer configuration and operating system) that was activated by the device activation key. Users have the right to re-install the Product distributed through the service "Trading-Go Market" on other equipment.
You agree not to access your Account or attempt to access an Account for which you do not have access rights. You agree not to modify the software in any way or by any means, or to use modified versions of the software, for any purpose, including obtaining unauthorized access to the service "Trading-Go Market". Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability.
Users of the service "Trading-Go Market" have the opportunity to evaluate Products. Only users who have downloaded the full version of the Product can evaluate the Product. The Administrator reserves the right to change the position of the Product at his own discretion. The administration of the "Trading-Go Market" service can also assign total points to Products that are not rated by users. The total developer score is an indicator of the quality of the Product, which is determined by the Administrator at his own discretion based on your history. The Administrator reserves the right to choose the method of displaying Products to users at his own discretion.
The Product, except for the demo (trial) version of the Product, becomes available for download after payment of the corresponding License for the Product. Products licensed for which are distributed free of charge (free of charge) can be obtained by any User via the Internet.
To make purchases in the "Trading-Go Market" service, you must register a personal account.
Prices for Products are set in US dollars. The service "Trading-Go Market" can display to users the prices of Products in the currencies of their countries, without taking responsibility for the accuracy of exchange rates.
All sales of Product Licenses are final and non-refundable.
The prices of products offered through the service "Trading-Go Market" may change at any time, and the service "Trading-Go Market" does not support prices and does not reimburse the cost in case of price reduction or incentive promotion.
If the product is no longer available after the transaction, but before downloading, the only means of refund for you is a refund of the cost. If technical problems prevent or excessively delay the delivery of your product, your sole and exclusive remedy is either replacement or refund of the cost paid, as determined by the Administrator.
Special requirements for refunds. With the exception of the conditions listed below, for the distribution of Products through the service "Trading-Go Market", the standard terms and conditions of the Payment Processing Partner regarding the refund of payments apply.
The Developer is solely responsible for the technical and other support of its Products and the settlement of all claims against its Products distributed through the service "Trading-Go Market". The contact details of the Developer will be posted on the page with detailed information about the application, which Users can use to get support. The Developer is obliged to correct all critical errors found in the Product that lead to the early termination of the Product.
You undertake to keep secret all User credentials issued to you by the Administrator or selected by you yourself, and be responsible for all actions in the service "Trading-Go Market" that were performed using such credentials. The Administrator can limit the number of User accounts provided to you or the organization you represent.

This Agreement is valid until terminated by you or the Administrator, as defined below.
You can withdraw from this Agreement by stopping using the service "Trading-Go Market" and all Products downloaded from the service "Trading-Go Market".
Upon termination of this Agreement, all legal rights and obligations exercised or performed by you or the Administrator (or arising during the validity period of this Agreement), or remaining in force indefinitely, will not change due to the termination of this Agreement.
The Administrator may terminate this Agreement at any time in any of the following cases:

THE ADMINISTRATOR DOES NOT PROVIDE GUARANTEES REGARDING INTERFERENCE WITH YOUR POSSESSION OF THE PRODUCT, THAT THE FUNCTIONS OR SERVICES CONTAINED THEREIN, PROVIDED OR RENDERED THROUGH THE PRODUCT, WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, THAT THE OPERATION OF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. NO WRITTEN OR ORAL INFORMATION OR ADVICE PROVIDED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR OR HIS AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE WILL CREATE GUARANTEES. IF THE PRODUCT OR SERVICES TURN OUT TO BE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME ALL COSTS FOR ALL NECESSARY MAINTENANCE, REPAIR OR CORRECTION. SOME JURISDICTIONS PROHIBIT DISCLAIMERS OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF APPLICABLE STATUTORY CONSUMER RIGHTS, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
YOU AGREE TO USE THE SERVICE "Trading-Go Market" AND ANY MATERIALS DOWNLOADED OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRED AS A RESULT OF USING THE SERVICE "Trading-Go Market", AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND AT YOUR OWN RISK AND ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR CAUSING DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR OTHER DEVICE, OR FOR THE LOSS OF DATA AS A RESULT OF SUCH USE.
THE ADMINISTRATOR FURTHER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL THE ADMINISTRATOR BE LIABLE FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, ACTUAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY OTHER COMMERCIAL LOSSES OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, FOR ANY REASON, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (FROM CONTRACT, TORT, OR ELSE) AND EVEN IF THE ADMINISTRATOR WAS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES.
THE ADMINISTRATOR IS NOT A REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR, BROKER/DEALER, FINANCIAL ANALYST, FINANCIAL BANK OR FINANCIAL ADVISOR. ADMINISTRATOR IS A PROVIDER OF TECHNOLOGIES THAT, AMONG OTHER THINGS, FACILITATE THE EXCHANGE OF TRADE INFORMATION OVER THE INTERNET. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to provide Payment Processing Partners (which may include the Administrator or third parties), their affiliated companies, directors, managers, employees and agents with judicial protection and guarantee reimbursement of costs collected as a result of any claims, actions, lawsuits or processes of third parties, as well as as a result of any losses, liabilities, damages, expenses and expenses (including payment of legal services in a reasonable amount) that are related to taxes, related to your purchase of Licenses for Products through the service "Trading-Go Market".
The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement. When changes are made, the Administrator will publish a new version of the Agreement on the Website. The new version of the Agreement comes into force immediately from the date of publication. The fact that you continue to use the "Trading-Go Market" service is a confirmation of your agreement with the terms and conditions of the new Agreement.
This Agreement is a full legal agreement between you and the Administrator and regulates your use of the service "Trading-Go Market", and may also supplement any previous agreements between you and the Administrator regarding the service "Trading-Go Market".
You acknowledge that if the Administrator does not exercise and does not use its legal rights or remedies granted to it by this Agreement (or any applicable law), then this does not constitute an official waiver of the Administrator's rights and these rights and remedies remain at the disposal of the Administrator.
If a court having the right to rule on this matter finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid, such provision will be removed from this Agreement without prejudice to the remaining provisions of this Agreement. The remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain valid and will be legally binding.
You understand and agree that each affiliate authorized by the Administrator under this Agreement is considered a third party benefiting, and that such companies have the right to directly use and rely on any provision of this Agreement that grants them such benefits or rights to receive such benefits. Other persons or companies are not third parties benefiting under this Agreement.
Neither you nor the Administrator may transfer or assign the rights granted by this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party. Neither you nor the Administrator may delegate your responsibility or obligations imposed by this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party.
This Agreement and your relationship with the Administrator under this Agreement are governed by the laws of the State of the Russian Federation. You and the Administrator agree that the courts of Russia have exclusive competence to resolve any legal issues arising from this Agreement. Notwithstanding this, you agree to the Administrator's right to seek remedies against the claim (or equivalent remedies of immediate judicial protection) in any jurisdiction.
